The Islesboro Community Fund (ICF) provides temporary financial assistance to Islesboro community members who are facing unforeseen and catastrophic emergencies. The Fund also provides financial assistance to Islesboro community members who seek higher or continuing education, professional training and educational enrichment.
The Fund supports its activities by attracting donations from seasonal and non-seasonal members of the Islesboro community.

Join us in celebrating a remarkable milestone—150 combined years of service, care, and commitment to our island community. This sesquicentennial soirée honors the enduring contributions of four vital organizations: Islesboro Community Fund, Islesboro Islands Trust, Islesboro Community Center, and Boardman Cottage. Together, they have strengthened the heart of Islesboro through connection, stewardship, support, and compassion. Come celebrate the legacy—and the future—of community on our island. BBQ+sides from the Island Market, fun games, live music featuring island musicians, and starting at 6:30pm, Livingston Taylor and the Eelgrass Band! Free and open to everyone. Bring a chair or snacks to share. Cheers to 150 years!
